Call reports

You can see call details in a call report which can help you understand how your call campaign has performed and how you can improve your script.

You can download a report after the call campaign starts.

To download a report in an .xls format, click a spreadsheet icon next to a campaign on the Outbound calls page.

In a call report, you will see the following details:

  • Customer phone number.
  • Call job identifier. Each call job corresponds to one call attempt. Each call attempt is a new call job and has its own identifier.
  • Callback number. It is specified in case this is not the first attempt to call this phone number.
  • Call job status. Here you can see the call status for the moment when you download a report. ? > Learn more about call statuses
  • Date and time when the call has been created. It matches the date and time when the call campaign has been launched.
  • Date and time when the call or the call attempt has been finished.
  • Attempts count or the number of call attempts the bot has made for the current phone number.
  • Call duration in case the customer answered the call.
  • Last attempt. Here you will see whether this call has been the last attempt to call this number or not.
  • Last label. If you mark up your script, here you will see a label of a screen where the call has been finished.
